Sandwich Bird Tours was founded by John van der Dol in 1999. We are a very small company and specialise in bird watching and wildlife holidays to exotic places for small groups.

During the last few years we have made many friends in several countries with whom we will plan further and more exciting trips.

Our main aim is to provide 'fun' holidays at affordable prices for people who enjoy travel to unusual places in order to enjoy birds and wildlife.

So ...

Have you ever thought of joining an organized bird watching group but decided against it because of a combination high prices, no flexibility and the break-neck pace of some groups? If so, we might have the answer for you.

We don't have fancy brochures or fancy prices, but we do aim to provide a few trips each year for parties up to 12 who will enjoy the places, birds and people that have given us so much enjoyment, without the hassle that goes with organizing everything yourself.
